Fully qualified for high-voltage work, so the ID range, e-tron, Enyaq, Born and the GTE hybrids get the same treatment as everything else: battery and drive system diagnostics, servicing and repairs on genuine factory software.

The diagnostic bay

Most garages plug in a generic scanner, read a code and start replacing parts. We run the official factory diagnostic system with a full licence, which means we see the same control units, the same guided tests and the same live data as a franchised dealer.
- Every control unit, not just the engine. Gearbox, airbag, ABS, comfort, infotainment, the lot.
- Guided fault finding. The manufacturer's own test plans, followed step by step to a real answer.
- DSG servicing and repair. Oil and filter services to schedule, plus mechatronic unit repair and replacement, coded and adapted to your car.
- Live measured values. Watching the car misbehave in real time beats reading a stored code.
- Coding and adaptation. New parts matched to your car so everything talks to everything else.
- Full security clearance. The manufacturer access needed for key coding, component protection and immobiliser work.
- SFD unlocked. Schutz Fahrzeug Diagnose is the protection Volkswagen put on cars from around 2020, the ID range included. Without it a garage can read your faults but cannot code or adapt anything to put them right. We have it.
Outside the VW Group we run an Autel MaxiSys MS909S2, a top-end all-makes platform covering European, Asian and American cars from 1996 on. Manufacturer-level fault finding, live data, bi-directional tests, coding and adaptations across the major brands, with every module on the car's network mapped so nothing gets missed.
Newer cars fit a secure gateway that locks unapproved tools out of anything beyond basic code reading, which is why some garages cannot finish a service or a brake job on them. We hold the full gateway licence, so we can work properly on gateway-protected cars from the VW Group, Mercedes, smart and Maybach, Nissan, Fiat, Alfa Romeo, Jeep, Chrysler and Maserati, along with Renault and Dacia.
